A New Type of Operational Effectiveness Index——ILR
摘要
Abstract
Operational effectiveness index is a comprehensive measure of operational effectiveness, which is the basis of operational effectiveness evaluation.There are the two types of operational effectiveness index nowadays,one based on combining of multiple indexes is not reliable,the other based on the combat effects cannot be used for operational effectiveness prediction. To solve these problems,we improved the "operation ability loss exchange ratio" index with the importance instead of the ability and the probability instead of the actual loss,and made it a name Ratio of Importance Loss Probability or ILR for short. The ILR index is a comprehensive index of importance,feasibility and cost,which makes up the lack of the network level importance and can be used in the forecast of the operational efficiency. The validity of ILR index is verified by an example.关键词
