摘要

Abstract

The design of IC becomes more and more complex because of huge internal resources. The cloud computing,as a resource management mode for internet,can be introduced to IC to form the on-chip cloud architecture. Three basic elements are firstly established for on-chip cloud IC architecture,including IP core packaged by component,network on chip and customizable semantic process. Then a platform named Tri-Designer based on triple-tiered design of "concept+logic+physical" is built which is specially used for the IC design of on-chip cloud architecture. The concept modeling defines the denotation and connotation of an application,and output the business document of an application scenario. The logic modeling maps the business document to the semantic process of on-chip cloud architecture. A language for application layer named LL7 is designed to describe the semantic process. Each step of semantic process should be mapped to the execution of component and the component corresponds to the actual Semiconductor area in IC interior. It is an encapsulation of traditional IP core. The physical modeling implements this encapsulation. At last,a genetic algorithm module based on on-chip cloud architecture is designed on Tri-Designer platform,the speed-up ratio is over 104.
