孕酮受体基因多态性在宁夏回、汉族人群中的分布特征
Distribution of progesterone receptor gene polymorphism in Ningxia population of Hui and Han ethnicity

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the distribution of three single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) (rs590688, rs1042838, rs11224592) of progesterone receptor gene (PGR gene) in Ningxia people of Hui and Han ethnicities and to compare the distribution frequency of PGR gene polymorphisms in different ethnicities from the 1 000 Genomes website. Methods: The subjects were 867 (Hui: 335 ; Han: 532) healthy students from Ningxia Medical University. The distribution of genotype and allele frequency of 3 SNP sites of PGR genes were detected using TaqMan probe genotyping method. Results: There were no significant differences in genotype and allele frequency of PGR rs590688 and rs1042838 sites between Hui and Han populations in Ningxia. There were significant differences in genotype distribution and allele frequencies of rs11224592 site between Hui and Han populations in Ningxia. No significant differences in genotype and allele frequency of PGR of three SNPs were found between the sexes. The comparison of the genotype and allele frequencies of three SNP sites of PGR between Ningxia population and different ethnicities from the 1000Genomes website showed that there were significant differences in genotype and allele frequencies of rs590688 site between Ningxia population and Commission of the European Union or Yoruba in Ibadan. There were significant differences in genotype and allele frequencies of rs11224592 site between Ningxia population and Yoruba in Ibadan. Conclusion: In Ningxia people of Hui and Han ethnicity, there were no ethnic differences in genotype and allele frequencies of rs590688 and rs1042838 sites. There were ethnic differences in genotype and allele frequencies of rs11224592 site. There were no gender differences in genotype and allele frequencies of three SNP sites. There were significant differences in genotype and allele frequencies of three SNP sites in PGR genes between different races and regions.关键词
