不同基质配方对鸡冠花生长和观赏品质的影响
Influence of Different Substrate Formula on Growth and Ornamental Quality of Cockscomb
摘要
Abstract
Taking decomposed Chinese traditional medicine residue, decomposed mushroom residue, peat coal, pearlstone and soil ( the control ) as the basic substrate, the author prepared 5 kinds of mixed substrates with different proportions of basic substrate, and investigated the effects of various mixed substrates on the growth and ornamental quality of two cockscomb species. The results showed that the 12 characters ( plant height, stem diameter, inflorescence length, etc.) of cockscomb plants cultivated in substrate 1 and substrate 2 were significantly better than those of cockscomb plants cultivated in other substrates. The dwarf plants of Celosia cvisstata cultivated in substrate 1 with lower proportion of decomposed Chinese traditional medicine residue grew best and possessed the best ornamental quality, while the high plants of Celosia plumosa cultivated in substrate 2 with higher proportion of decomposed Chinese traditional medicine residue grew best and had the best ornamental quality. The results of princi-pal component analysis and cluster analysis indicated that the substrate 1 and substrate 2 could be used as the special culture sub-strate of C. cvisstata and C. plumosa, respectively.关键词
