摘要

Abstract

This paper studies the temperature field of the spindle system and the thermal deformation error of the spindle of the heavy CNC machines.The temperature rising and the thermal deformation of the spindle in three directions were firstly tested under different conditions.Then,the thermal error prediction model was established based on the data characterizing the variation law of the tool spindle thermal deformation.An experiment,aiming at the Siemens 840D system compensation model,was conducted to verify the compensation of thermal error by using the prediction model.
