Structure Improvement Design and Strength Analysis Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

Abstract
In order to solve the crack problem of the main landing gear of certain type of aircraft's key structure,the strength,stiffness,sensitivity and weight of the structure are studied,and the improved design scheme of the weak structure is proposed and verified.First,the strength modeling of the core structure of the main landing gear of the aircraft was simulated and calculated,and it was found that the weakest part of the structure was the location of the actual crack.Then,the sensitivity analysis method was adopted to analyze the sensitivity of each index and compare the design variables.Third,based on the analytic hierarchy process,the key indexes were selected to establish the optimization model,which was used to calculate the optimal improvement scheme.Finally,the structural strength was verified by modeling and simulation.The results,an increase of 1.41% in the structure quality and a reduction of 43% in the stress and strain,show that it is of obvious improvement in the stress concentration phenomenon and of good effect in the structure improvement.关键词
