摘要

Abstract

The combination of manipulator and AGV in the transport vehicle can improve the efficiency of material transportation,and realize the automatic loading and unloading and transportation.In this design,the manipulator can achieve four degrees of freedom control through hydraulic telescopic,including movement up and down,left and right and capture control.Meanwhile,the touch-screen software can reduce handling errors and shorten the handling time.The parameters are selected according to the design purpose by AGV,which plans the vehicle route through the magnetic tape guidance and corrects the route deviation.At the same time,the AGV design adjusts the left and right wheel speed difference to maintain the stability of the vehicle at the turn.Therefore,the automatic control design of manipulator and AGV can realize the combination of traditional material handling and transportation so as to improve the efficiency of material transportation.
