自升式海洋平台齿轮齿条接触应力分析
Contact Stress Analysis of Rack and Pinion of Jack-up Offshore Platform
摘要
Abstract
A three-dimensional model of the rack and pinion of a jack-up offshore platform is built by using the Pro/E software.The stress distribution on the rack and pinion is calculated when the platform is in the preloading condition.The von-mises stress and the contact stress on the tooth surface of rack and pinion in different positions are analyzed,eapecially,the contact stresses in the dangerous area.The results show that the contact stress tends to be symmetrical distribution in a meshing period.The maximum stress appears in the single smooth mating area.The maximum contact stress occurs at both edge of the contact area,and the contact stress is gradually decreasing along the breadth of tooth.关键词
