摘要
Abstract
This paper takes a type of shot blasting machine as an example,analyzes the motion state of the projectile in the forward curved blade and uses the discrete element software EDEM as a tool to analyze the motion law of projectiles in the blasting impellers with forward curved blades.Compared with the theoretically calculated results,the correctness of the model is verified.And then the linear blade is compared with the backward curve blade and the advantages of the forward curved blade and the effect of the radius of curvature of the blade and rotation rate of the impeller on shot blasting are analyzed.The basis is provided for designing the blasting impeller with forward curve blades and optimizing the parameters of the shot blasting.关键词
