Abstract
Intelligent manufacture is the manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading development direction in out country andindustrial robots are used as a key part of the intelligent manufacturing,so the professional talent training is a matter of great urgency.This paper analyzes the present situation of the industrial robot industry development and the demand situation,constructs the talent training system based on college enterprise cooeration,implements the talent cultivation with the cooperation of school-enterprise,develops the curriculum system and teaching pattem based on the requirement of the job position and buiids a reasonable structure team of faculty.A reference is given to the construction of the same kind of professional talents.关键词
