不同电池布置的纯电动汽车平顺性与振动分析研究
The Study of Ride Comfort and Vibration for Different Battery Layouts of Electric Vehicle
摘要
Abstract
Power battery is the only driving energy resource of pure electric vehicle.The shortcomings of its current batteries are heavy weight,large volume and difficult layout,which have significant impact on its ride comfort and vibration.This paper aims at building the power battery layout models of the pure electric vehicle and analyzing the ride comfort and vibration to obtain the optimal way of the battery layout.And then,three layout schemes with the flexible connection are put into the vibration test.The results with the flexible connection are compared with ones withe the rigid connection.The result indicates that flexible connection can be used to improve the vibration characteristics significantly.The reference is given to the related design for the chassis layout of the electric vehicle.关键词
