帕金森病伴认知障碍及Alzheimer's病患者听觉事件相关诱发电位的特点分析
Comparative study of audition event-related potentials in patient with Parkinson's disease with cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's disease

Abstract
Objective To compare auditory event-related evoked potentials ( ERPs ) features for the patients with mild cognitive impairment ( MCI), Alzheimer's disease ( AD) and Parkinson's disease ( PD) with cognitive function disorders .Methods Two hundred and sixty-one subjects were divided into: Parkinson's dementia ( PDD) group(n=21), PD with mild cognitive impairment (PDMCI) group(n =48), PD without cognitive impairment (PDCN) group(n=54), AD group(n=60), MCI group(n=35) and the normal control (NC)group(n=43). They all underwent neurological and neuropsychological examination , functional assessment , neurological imaging and recorded event-related evoked potentials , including sensory ( N100, P200 ) and cognitive ( N200, P300 ) events evoked potentials .The changes and characteristics of ERPs in each group were analyzed .Results Compared with the NC group, P3 latency in MCI and PDCN group was significantly longer ( all P<0.05).Compared with MCI group, P3 latency extended was more significant (P<0.05).Compared with NC group, N2 latency was significantly longer in PDMCI group(P<0.05);but not in the MCI group (P>0.05).Conclusions P3 can serve as sensitive nerve electrophysiological index assisted diagnosis in PDMCI , MCI and AD , especially in PD patients .The various characteristics of ERPs between PD with cognitive impairment and AD and MCI , including prolonger of N 2 latency and P3 latency appears at early stage of the PD with cognitive impairment ,reflect the differenct development process of cognitive disorders between the AD and PDD .关键词
