Abstract
Teachers' personal charm is the external performance of teachers' personal accomplishment and comprehensive qualities, the basic requirements of the ideological and political teachers' work, the basic needs of harmonious teacher-student relationship, and the basic exploration of the ideological and political teaching reform. Applying teachers' personal charm to ideological and political teaching will promote the healthy growth of students, promote the self-improvement of ideological and political teachers, and realize the sound development of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.关键词
