慕课背景下高校教师胜任力模型构建研究
Research on the Construction of College Teacher Competence Model under the Background of MOOC
摘要
Abstract
MOOC, this educational revolution has brought great impact on the traditional classroom teaching of college teachers, and has put forward higher requirements for the teaching competence of college teachers. Based on McClelland competence model it constructs the MOOC teaching competence model of university teachers, and comes up with innovation cultivation countermeasures to promote the teacher's MOOC competence. All these can provide direction for the teaching qualities promotion, and ideas, judgment and conclusion for the teaching staff construction in colleges and universities.关键词
