口服不同剂量N-乙酰半胱氨酸对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重的影响
Impact of Different Oral Doses of N-acetylcysteine on Exacerbation of COPD in the Elderly

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of different oral doses of N-acetylcysteine (NAC) on the exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods 120 elderly with COPD of type C and D at stationary period were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups:low-dose group,high-dose group and control group,40 in each;oral administration of NAC (0.6 g) was made to patients in low-dose group,once a day while that was made to patients in highdose group,twice a day;no oral administration of NAC was made to patients in control group;other therapeutic measures in the 3 groups were same and a continuous observation was made to all the patients in the 3 groups.Results The times and days of exacerbation of the patients in high-dose group were both less than those of the patients in control group (P＜0.05) while no obvious difference in times and days of exacerbation was found between the patients in low-dose group and patients in control group (P＞0.05);the occurrence probability of exacerbation of Grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ in low-dose group and high-dose group were lower than that in control group (P＜0.05).Conehlsions Daily oral administration of high-dose NAC can cut down the times of exacerbation occurrence in COPD patients,shorten the days of exacerbation and decrease the occurrence of moderate or severe exacerbation;daily oral administration of low-dose NAC can alleviate the severity of exacerbation though it cannot cut down the occurrence of exacerbation.关键词
