上海市静安寺社区老年人群抑郁与冠心病的相关性队列研究
Cross-sectional study on the Correlation between Depression and Coronary Heart Disease in the Elderly Population in Jing'an Temple Community, Shanghai
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between depression and coronary heart disease (CHD) in the elderly population so as to provide basis for psychological health care of the elderly with coronary heart disease.Methods center for epidemiological studies depression scale (CES-D) was applied to the subjects who were divided into 2 groups:CHD group and non-CHD group;the correlation between CES-D scores and CHD was explored and further analysis was made to the relation of CES-D scores and depression with the parameters of glucose and lipid metabolism.Results Depression existed in 626 elderly out of the 3 580 research subjects in total (17.5％);there existed a statistical difference in CES-D scores and depression between CHD group and non-CHD group [9 (4～ 16) vs 6 (2～12),P＜ 0.001] (26.6％ vs 16.1％,P＜0.001);CES-D scores (OR=1.029,95％CI:1.017～1.042) and depression (OR=75.6％,95％CI:1.370～2.250) were the independent risk factors of CHD;analysis between the gender subgroups showed out the same results;the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in patients with depression was statistically different from that of the norm (P ＜ 0.05);CES-D score was irrelative to the parameters of glucose and lipid metabolism.Conclusions There exists a certain correlation among CES-D score,depression symptoms and CHD.关键词
