Abstract
The transformation experiences of back stationary flat carding system on FA231A/C serial carding machine were summarized.The effect of back stationary flat was analyzed and verified.The experimental proto-cols like the quantity of back stationary flat,needle density configuration of back stationary flat,gauge between back stationary flat and cylinder,web cleaner position & quantity,guide plate gauge and the gauge between mote knife with cylinder etc.were made.The carding &impurity removing effects of each experimental protocols were compared and analyzed.The optimized transformation scheme for the precarding system of back stationary flat and reasonable processing configuration were confirmed.It is considered that the carding efficiency of FA231A/C serial carding machine can be efficiently improved through the optimized transformation scheme for back stationa-ry flat carding system.关键词
