摘要
Abstract
The achieved soft carding principle and the application effect of oversized tooth pitch licker-in card clothing were introduced.The ideas of enlarging the distance between needle tips to reduce fiber inj ury,improving puncturing ability with thin tip,strengthening impurity removal with arc tooth and negative base angle were a-dopted in design.In production of fine staple cotton and cellulose fiber,the fiber injury is efficiently reduced.Sta-ble yarn quality and the carding effect with improved strength were achieved.It is considered that adopting card clothing of licker-in with oversized tooth pitch is beneficial to the improvement of yarn quality.关键词
