Abstract
The effect of using magnetic double S curve draft spinning system in pure cotton ring spinning was discussed.The working principle of magnetic double S curve draft mechanism was introduced.C 14.5 tex ring spun yarns were produced with magnetic double S curve draft system and SKF draft system.The indexes of yarn spun by two kinds of draft systems like evenness,breaking strength,hairiness and so on were tested and analyzed. The test results show that the unevenness of yarns spun by magnetic double S curve draft spinning system is ob-viously improved compared with the yarn spun by SKF draft system.Under the same twist,the breaking strength of yarn spun by magnetic double S curve draft spinning system is also improved,the hairiness is reduced.It is con-sidered that pure cotton ring spun yarn quality can be improved effectively through adopting the magnetic double S curve draft spinning system.关键词
