摘要

Abstract

The improvement effect of nano ZnO on anti-aging property of polypropylene material was stud-ied.The polypropylene was blended and modified with different nano ZnO contents respectively,then melting and inj ection molding.The change of material properties after ultraviolet irradiation for different times were tested. The test results show that the anti-aging property and thermal stability of polypropylene modified by 8% nano ZnO are improved under the condition of keeping the original properties of pure polypropylene.The properties af-ter long time ultraviolet irradiation are greatly improved when compared with pure polypropylene.It is considered that the addition amount of 8% nano ZnO is beneficial to the anti-aging improvement of polypropylene material.
