摘要

Abstract

The antibacterial process suited for eider down was discussed.Fe-doped ZnO powder was synthe-sized with direct precipitation method.With synergistic effect of microwave,the antibacterial effect of Fe-doped ZnO on eider down with different eider down and powder mass ratios,different microwave efficiencies,different microwave temperature and different timing treatment time were tested.The test results show that the best anti-bacterial processing condition for Fe-doped ZnO with the synergistic effect of microwave is the mass ratio of 1:3 for the eider down and Fe-doped ZnO,the microwave efficiency of 100 W,microwave temperature of 47 ℃ and microwave treatment time of 2 min.The highest antibacterial rate is 63.82%.The antibacterial rate after one time recycle is 46.26%.It is considered that the powder has better antibacterial effect for eider down.
