Production of Cotton Coolcool Fiber Interweave Fabric
摘要
Abstract
Production key points of fine cotton yarn and Coolcool fiber interweave fabric was summarized. 4.2 tex×2 combed cotton ply was used as warp,elastic interlaced yarn as weft which was composed of 166.5 dtex Coolcool fiber filament covered with 44.4 dtex spandex filament,a kind of mini-jacquard fabric was produced.Technology points and technology measures in winding,warping,sizing,weaving and after-finish were introduced.Finally the smooth production was ensured.Loom efficiency is above 88%.Warp stop times per 100 000 weft is 4.4.Weft stop times per 100 000weft is 9.6.The first grade percentage before cloth repairing is up to 86.5%.It is considered that produced fabric is soft & comfort and has better hygroscopicity & permea-bility.It can be used as high-grade shirting fabric.关键词
