Abstract
In order to solve the problem of compressed air carrying water and reduce the compressed air e-mission,the zero compressed air consumption drain valve was used in compressor.The operating principle of the zero compressed air consumption drain valve was introduced.Energy-saving effect of before and after the installa-tion was compared.The date shows that modified one compressor and installed one zero compressed air consump-tion drain valve can save 2.648 m3/min the compressed air flow.It is considered that textile enterprise can adopt the zero compressed air consumption drain valve to replace the automatic drain valve of old air compressed sta-tion.It will bring the better economy benefit.关键词
