基于交叉耦合控制的双电机同步控制系统研究
Dual-motor synchronous control system based on cross-coupled control
摘要
Abstract
The position synchronization performances of a dual-motor are studied to improve the control accuracy. A dual-motor position synchronization control system model is established based on a virtual spindle. A mathematical model of a dual-motor position error transmission function is deduced,and the position synchronization error under the typical input condition is analyzed. A cross-coupling controller is designed to realize the detection and compensation of the dual-motor syn-chronous position error. Dual-motor position synchronization under typical inputs is simulated using MATLAB, and a synchronous control experiment system is constructed. The simulation and experimental results show that,the dual-motor position synchronization control system based on the cross-coupling control method has good anti-disturbance, and the position synchronization accuracy improves by 10 times or more under typical inputs such as step or ramp.关键词
