城镇建设用地集约利用评价研究——以宁夏平罗县城为例
Evaluation Study on Intensive Use of Urban Construction Land——Taking Pingluo County as A Case
摘要
Abstract
The article discusses the evaluation scale and assessment indicator system of intensive use of construction land suitable for urban land use characteristic.First of all,it refers to Standard for Evaluation of Saving and Intensive Use of Construction Land,herein after referred to as Standard,takes Pingluo county of Ningxia as an example,intensively utilizing appraises from functional zone scale with the method of multi-factor comprehensive evaluation,then makes improvement from the aspects of evaluated scale and evaluation index.The result shows that the evaluation result of parcel level is better than that of functional zone scale according to the recommended assessment indicator system;the evaluation result of new index system is better than that of the Standard recommended assessment indicator system according to parcel evaluation level.The parcel unit and the article suggested new evaluation index system are suitable for the evaluation of urban construction land.关键词
