中国循环经济效率评价及其空间格局研究
China's Circular Economy Efficiency Evaluation and Its Spatial Pattern
摘要
Abstract
The article calculates comprehensive circular economy efficiency,technical efficiency,scale efficiency,and circular economy variation situation in 30 provinces of China from 2003 to 2012 with DEA model and Malmquist productivity index model;it also discusses the spatial differentiation characteristic of circular economy efficiency and raises the causes and influence factors of spatial variation.The result shows that,China's average comprehensive circular economy efficiency is quite high,but few provinces can reach optimum,the efficiency value in individual province differs from each other violently,and the number of provinces with increasing returns to scale decreases.The circular economy efficiency in provinces of China keeps improving,and technique keeps progressing distinctly;the comprehensive circular economy efficiency level is distributed high in southeast and low in northwest as a whole,dynamic change,however,is spatially distributed high in east and north and low in west and south,and the main restricting factor of spatial distribution variation is the gap of technique efficiency and technical progress rate;The circumstance of factor input redundancy and output deficiency in each province is normal and corresponding countermeasures should be taken for further optimizing input and output.关键词
