摘要

Abstract

The paper proposes a dynamic substructure analysis method to study braking process of crane under wind load. With the method, wheel group substructure can replace the whole structure in braking simulation analysis, and test results of simple substructure can reflect test performance of the whole structure to evaluate the structure's braking performance. Based on Adams virtual simulation platform, both the whole structure and substructure are subject to dynamic simulation of braking process under wind load, and the correlation between wind load of the whole structure and equivalent wind load of substructure during braking is obtained under the premise of the same braking effect to further ensure that replacing the whole structure with substructure for braking simulation under wind load is feasible.
