Abstract
Characteristics of the structure of the low-profile telescopic query-side crane and the assembly and working relationship between the girder and suspension device are analyzed comprehensively, from which main difficulties and important control points in the final assembly of the crane are summarized. The difficulties and control points further serve as the basis for choosing proper lifting process and developing suitable installation process with the purpose of controlling the opening of the beam and upper cross beam in the whole lifting process as much as possible and minimizing the deformation due to uneven force. The final assembly scheme successfully passes the actual construction inspection of Italian VTE project, and its relevant technical requirements basically satisfy design standards, which can provide valuable reference for similar products in the future.关键词
