EMS诱变苦荞突变体与其亲本的比较分析
Comparative Analysis of Fagopyrum tataricum Mutants and Its Parents in EMS Mutagenesis

Abstract
The protein,flavonoid,soluble sugar,total chlorophyll contents and the activity of peroxidase (POD),catalase (CAT),superoxide dismutase (SOD) of the mutants of Fagopyrum tataricum including Dwarf mutants (M1),small-grain mutants (M2),early-maturity mutant (M3),late-maturity mutants (M4),big-leaf mutants (M5) of were studied by means of Kjeldahl,AlCl3,anthrone colorimetry,spectrophotometry,guaiacol,KMn04 titration,nitro blue tetrazolium (NBT) and photo-reduction methods.The results showed that the flavonoid contents and the CAT activity of M1 were significantly higher than that of CK,POD activity significantly was lower than that of CK.However,the differences of protein,soluble sugar,total chlorophyll and SOD activity were not significant with that of CK.The flavonoid,soluble sugar,total chlorophyll contents and the CAT activity of M2 were significantly higher than that of CK,and the protein contents and the POD activity of M2 were not significantly with that of CK.While the activity of M2 was significantly lower thanthat of CK.The CAT and SOD activity of M3 were significantly lower than that of CK,while the protein,flavonoid,soluble sugar,total chlorophyll contents and the POD activity were no significant difference from that of CK.The protein contents of M4 were significantly higher than that of CK,and the CAT activity was no significant different.The protein contents of M5 were no significant difference from that of CK.But its CAT activity were significantly higher than that of CK.Whereas the contents of flavonoid,soluble sugar,total chlorophyll,POD and SOD were higher than that of CK.关键词
