Abstract
To investigate the status of Guzmania cultivars in Chinese,a Guzmania cultivars bank was established,and its application in plant new varieties DUS test was studied also.38 characters of 57 Guzmania cultivars were analyzed.Coefficient of variation,clustering analysis of 38 DUS traits and correlation coefficient of quantitative characters were calculated.CV values of the quantitative characters tested ranged from 6％ to 21％ with an average of 11％.The results showed the presence of a low level of genetic variability and a narrow genetic basis among Guzmania cultivars.Correlation analysis showed that,all quantitative traits were significantly positive correlation.The establishment of the cultivars bank can provide support for DUS testing.关键词
