橡胶树几种营养物质含量与其对六点始叶螨[Eotetranychus sexmaculatus(Riley)]的抗性相关性分析
Correlation of Several Nutrients in Leaves of Rubber Germplasms with Its Resistance Against Eotetranychus sexmaculatus (Riley)(Acari: Tetranychidae)

Abstract
On the basis of the stable rubber germplsms resistant and susceptible against Eotetranychus sexmaculatus,the correlation of the nutrients contents in the leaves of the resistant and susceptible rubber germplasms against E.sexmaculatus were studied.The results indicated that the contents of free amino acids (FAA),soluble sugar (WSS),soluble nitrogen (SN),proline (Pro),vitamin C (Vc) and the ratio of sugar and nitrogen (S/N) in the mite resistant rubber germplasms leaves were significantly different with those of in the susceptible rubber germplasms leaves (p<0.05).The WSS,Pro,S/N in the leaves of resistant rubber germplasms were significantly more than those of in the susceptible rubber gennplasms,which was 1.37-3.48 times,1.41-4.98 times,and 1.59-8.20 times higher than those of in the susceptible rubber germplasms,respectively.On the contrary,the contents of FAA,SN and Vc in resistant rubber germplasms leaves was 0.27-0.80,0.42-0.80,0.20-0.56 times lower than those of in the susceptible rubber germplasms leaves,respectively.The correlation analysis showed that the resistance of the rubber germplasms against E.sexmaculatus was significantly positively correlated with the contents of WSS,Pro and S/N in its leaves (p<0.01),while negatively correlated with the contents of FAA,SN and Vc (p<0.01).关键词
