摘要

Abstract

In order to analyze the relationship between internal breakdown and mineral nutrition in the flesh,‘Keitt’ mango fruits with internal breakdown and healthy flesh from 3 different producing areas were used to determine the concentration of nitrogen (N),phosphorus (P),potassium (K),calcium (Ca),magnesium (Mg),copper (Cu),manganese (Mn),zinc (Zn) and boron (B).The results showed that there were significant difference of mineral contents between internal breakdown fruit and healthy ones.In Renhe producing area,the N content in breakdown flesh was significantly higher,while the B content was significantly lower when compared to the healthy flesh.However,in Huaping and Xinping producing area,breakdown flesh exhibited significantly higher levels of N,K,Mn,Mg and Cu and lower levels of Ca and B than healthy flesh.Flesh nutrition diagnosis showed that absolute values for diagnosis and recommendation integrated system (DRIS) of each mineral and nutrition imbalance index (NII) of internal breakdown fruits were significantly higher than that of healthy fruits among three producing area.These results suggested that the greater imbalance of nutrient internal breakdown fruits,especial N excess and B deficiency,might be the cause of internal flesh breakdown for mango.
