江苏省空气质量预报预警工作探析
Study on Air Quality Forecast and Early Warning in Jiangsu Province
摘要
Abstract
Jiangsu heavy air quality pollution forecast and warning system was established in the year 2014.The system integrated the functions of data center,forecast center and analysis and operation center together.Air quality forecasting and early warning in Jiangsu Province was mainly embodied in 3 aspects of conventional forecast,heavy pollution weather forecast,prediction and visualization of consultation,implementing forecaster rotating system,In case of heavy pollution weather,timely released of air quality warning information to the public,the warning level and conditions adhered to the latest heavy pollution weather emergency plan in Jiangsu province.In the period of frequent pollution in winter and spring,Jiangsu would participate in the regional air quality visualization consultation of the Yangtze River Delta,in case of major activities,Jiangsu would also participate in the joint protection of air quality with the surrounding provinces and cities,has accumulated a lot of experience in forecasting and early warning.关键词
