后外侧入路钢板内固定治疗胫骨后外侧平台骨折疗效分析
Efficacy of Posterior Lateral Access Plate internal Fixation in the Treatment of Posterior Tibial Lateral Platform Fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of posterolateral approach in the treatment of posterior tibial lateral plat -form.Methods 24 patients with posterior tibial lateral platform fractures given posterior lateral lateral plate fixation in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively from January 2012 to December 2015.Results The operation time was 50 ~115min(average 75min).Hospital stay was 9 ~21d(average 14d).The incision was first intension,and there was no fixation or rupture during fol-low-up.The follow-up period was 10 to 20 months(average 13.2 months).Fracture healing time was 5 to 9 weeks(average 6.4 weeks).The knee HSS score was 86 to 97 points(mean 92.1 points).There was no obvious knee joint subsidence,internal and ex-ternal deformity and other complications during the follow-up.Conclusion The posterolateral approach of the knee joint can reset and fix the posterior tibial lateral platform fracture directly,and it has smaller surgical trauma,less complications,and satisfactory clinical efficacy.关键词
