Abstract
Objective To compare the application of HEI and Kessler-10 scales in the psychological status measurement of nursesin oncology department,to evaluate the application of HEI in oncology nursing,and to analyze the mental health status of nurses in oncology department.Methods A total of 263 nurses were selected from the oncology department of a third class hospi-tal in Sichuan province by convenience sampling method.At the same time,HEI and Kessler-10 scales were used to conduct psy-chological investigation on nurses.The reliability,validity and correlation of the two scales were calculated and compared,and the mental health status and influencing factors of oncology nurses were analyzed.Results The correlation coefficient between HEI and Kessler-10 scale was 0.834,and the two scales had good reliability and validity.Nurses in oncology department had varying de-grees of adverse emotional and psychological state,and there were statistically significant differences in the scores of HEI and Kessler-10 between oncology nurses from different departments,titles,positions and the distance and time from residence to hospital (P<0.05).Conclusion HEI can be used in the investigation of psychological status of nurses in oncology department,and the mental health status of oncology nurses should be paid attention to.关键词
