鲁西黑头羊育肥性能测定试验
Fattening Performance Test of Luxi Blackhead Sheep
摘要
Abstract
To determinate the fattening performance of Luxi Blackhead sheep,taking Small-tailed Han sheep as control,they were fed with the pellet feed on medium nutrition level for 70 days.The slaughter performance determination was carried out under the condition with the average temperature of 26.88℃ and relative humidity of 44.16％.The results showed that the average daily gain (ADG) of Luxi Blackhead sheep male lamb and ewe lamb were 317 ±34 g and 236 ±27 g,respectively,similar to that of Small-tailed Han Sheep.Compared with Small-tailed Han sheep,the feed gain ratio of male lamb and ewe increased by 1.92％ and 4.94％,respectively.The average dressing percentage (56.63％ ± 1.83％) increased by 8.28 percentage point (P ＜ 0.05).The net meat percentage (82.55％ ± 0.89％) increased by 4.40 percentage point (P ＜ 0.05).The eye muscle area and slaughter performance was significantly higher respectively (P ＜0.05).The hide area was similar to that of the Small-tailed Han Sheep (P ＞ 0.05),however,the comprehensive quality of fresh hide was significantly better.The average revenue per Luxi Blackhead sheep in fattening increased by 255.06 Yuan.The economic benefit was significant.关键词
