Stem cell therapy in liver diseases
摘要
Abstract
Stem cells have the ability to undergo self-renewal,proliferation and multi-lineage differentiation. As the most promising source of seed cells,the clinical applications of stem cells have become the focus of attention for years at home and abroad. There have been many reports about the applications of stem cells in treatment of liver diseases,which show the preliminary efficacy and safety. Stem cells therapies will emerge as a new treatment strategy for liver diseases. the progress about stem cells on the following aspects in this article was reviewed,such as the classification of stem cells,cell culture and transplantation,cell tracing in the body and the therapies for various liver diseases.关键词
