摘要

Abstract

The pretreated coal tar was used as raw material and the toluene insoluble material(TIM) was separated from it. The compositions of TIM were analyzed by ICP,FTIR,SEM,XRD and so on. The results show that TIM is made up of large amounts of organic matter and a small amounts of inorganic substances. The organic matter is mainly some highly condensed polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, which contain large amount of S,N,O heteroatoms. The content of oxygen atom is the highest,up to 16.75%(w). The inorganic substances are the main sources of TIM ash. The contents of metallic element Fe and Ca are higher than other metals in TIM. The calcium element may exist in the form of oil acid salt and the iron may exist in the form of chelate polymer. The particles in TIM are irregular and present obvious layer structures. There is a lot of microscopic structure of the amorphous carbonaceous microcrystalline material in TIM.
