棉混纺织物三防整理新工艺研究
Study on new process of three proofing finishing of cotton blended fabric
摘要
Abstract
In order to give the cotton and polyester-mixed cotton fabric waterproof and anti-foul-ing ,anti-pollution excellent three proofing finishing and easy decontamination performance ,a new process was applied to the cotton and polyester-mixed cotton fabric for three proofing fin-ishing process by single factor experiment .The experimental results show that the best process is :three finishing agent dosage is 100 g/L ,dirt repellent finishing agent dosage 80 g/L ,the a-mount of cross linking agent 102 g/L , soak and rolling twice (rolling rate 70％ ) , drying (110 ℃ × 120 s) ,baking (160 ℃ × 120 s) .The treated fabric by the best process performs well in water repellent ,oil repellent ,stain resistant ,easy decontamination ,and so on .关键词
