摘要

Abstract

To improve the anti-pollution ability and hydrophilicity of ultrafiltration membrane , the polyacrylonitrile (PAN) ultrafiltration membrane was modified by low temperature nitro-gen plasma ,and the plasma was diagnosed during the modification process .The hydrophiliza-tion of the membrane surface was characterized by the change of the contact angle before and after modification .And the membrane flux ,rejection rate and flux decay rate were used to characterize the filtration and anti-fouling properties of ultrafiltration membrane .The results show that when the best treatment condition is power 100 W and time 90 s ,water contact an-gle declines from 57°of the original membrane down to 17° .The hydrophilicity of the modified membrane ,and the anti-pollution performance are remarkably improved .The electron temper-ature is negatively correlated with the discharge power during plasma modification ,and posi-tively correlates with the pressure inside the reaction chamber .
