烧结制度对SiO2及Al2O3-SiO2陶瓷膜性能的影响
Effect of sintering system on the properties of SiO 2 ceramic membrane and Al2O3-SiO2 ceramic membrane

Abstract
In order to obtain inorganic ceramic membranes with excellent properties ,α-Al2 O3 is used as the aggregate ,and the CuO-TiO 2 composite sintering aids are introduced to prepare a-lumina ceramic support by extrusion molding .SiO2 and Al2 O3-SiO2 composite membrane are prepared by sol-gel method .Porous alumina ceramic support is covered with membrane by dip-coating .After drying and sintering ,the porous alumina ceramic membrane with good perform-ance is obtained .The effect of sintering on the properties of SiO 2 and Al2 O3-SiO2 ceramic membrane is discussed .The results show that SiO 2 ceramic membrane have the following prop-erties :coating adhesion is 5A ,porosity 29.85% ,pure water flux 1008.03 L /m 2 · h · M Pa , flexural strength 107.008 M Pa ,and acid/alkali corrosion rate 0.77% /0.69% .Al2 O3-SiO2 ce-ramic membranes have the following properties :coating adhesion is 5A ,porosity 30.17% , pure water flux 960.82 L /m 2 · h · M Pa ,flexural strength 105.463 M Pa ,and acid/alkali corro-sion rate 0.82% /0.93% .The SiO2 porous ceramic membrane and Al2 O3-SiO2 composite ce-ramic membrane prepared have uniform surface structure ,good continuity and pore structure , and permeability .关键词
