皮革中游离甲醛测定方法的研究进展
Research progress on detecting methods of formaldehyde in leather
摘要
Abstract
Formaldehyde is a toxic chemical ,all the finishing agents ,synthetic tanning agents , fixatives and other chemicals contain formaldehyde in the traditional leather processing ,and the releasing free formaldehyde will do a certain harm to humans during the use of leather products ,thus ,the determination of free formaldehyde derived from leather is of significance . In this paper ,spectrophotometry and chromatography were reviewed to detect the free form-aldehyde derived from leather ,and the advantages and disadvantages of them were compared . The chromatography has better reproducibility ,higher precision and low detection limit and so on ,however ,it has the disadvantages of high cost and technical requirements for research-ers .Spectrophotometry has the advantages of rapid detection ,easy operation ,good selectivity and high accuracy ,but it is easily interfered by other factors .The influence of extraction methods and derivative conditions on the determination of formaldehyde was reviewed ,and the future research on the detection of free formaldehyde in leather was also discussed .关键词
