编织碳纤维表面胶原/HA涂层的研究
Preparation of collagen/HA coating on the surface of woven carbon fibe

Abstract
Collagen and hydroxyapatite (HA) composite coatings on the surface of woven car-bon fibers were prepared by two different methods .Effects of different preparation methods on composite coatings were investigated .The phase ,element composition ,functional group and biological activity of the composite coating were characterized .It is shown that the uni-form and dense collagen/HA composite coating can be prepared on the surface of woven car-bon fibers by the combination of electrochemical deposition and dipping method .Simulated body fluid immersion experiments shown that the collagen/HA composite coating prepared on the woven carbon fibers surface has an excellent bioactivity .This work laid the theoretical foundation for the study of artificial tracheal biomaterials with woven carbon fiber as scaf-fold .关键词
