The network design and optimization of closed-loop supply chain with random demands in e-commerce environment

Abstract
This paper studies the design and optimization problem of closed-loop supply chain network with random demands in e-commerce environment . Firstly , taking account of the randomness of customer demands and fuzziness of logistic process , the mathematical model of the problem is established based on the minimum network operation cost . Secondly , fuzzy mathematical theory is used to transform fuzzy parameters into deterministic parameters , and shortage and backlog costs are introduced to deal with imbalance between supply and demand . Finally , the optimal location of production centers and distribution centers as well as the optimal transport scheme of production and raw materials between any one of logistic stages are determined by genetic algorithm . The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively solve the design and optimization problem of closed-loop supply chain network .关键词
