紫外及真空紫外光激发下K2Y(WO4)(PO4):Ce3+的发光性质
Photoluminescence properties of Ce3+ activated K2Y (WO4 )(PO4 )under ultraviolet and vacuum ultraviolet excitation

Abstract
A series of Ce3+ activated K2 Y (WO4 ) (PO4 ) phosphors were prepared by the solid-state reaction ,and their photoluminescence properties upon ultraviolet and vacuum ultraviolet excitation were investigated . Under 254 nm excitation , a series of K2 Y (WO4 ) (PO4 ):xCe3+ samples exhibit three emission bands at 330 ,355 and 550 nm , which could be attributed to d-f transition of Ce3+ and charge transfer from the p orbital of O2 - to the d orbital of W6+ , respectively . K2 Y(WO4 )(PO4 ):Ce3+ give white emission upon 172 nm excitation successfully . Accordingly , it is suggested that K2 Y (WO4 )(PO4 ):Ce3+ has a good application prospects in w hite-emitting phosphors for Hg-free lamps and plasma display panels .关键词
