通勤成本对居民迁居意愿的影响——基于北京市地铁调价引发的迁居需求研究
The influence of commuting costs on moving intentions—Based on the subway pricing policy in Beijing City

Abstract
In this context , we conducted a survey on subway takers in Beijing City , pretend to verify the relationship between moving intentions and commuting cost , based on the moving intentions caused by the subway pricing policy . A logit model was established with moving intentions and commuting costs as well as social-economic factors of respondents . Results show that , there is a positive relationship between commuting cost and moving intention , as people with higher commuting cost have more tendency to move . Besides , factors have influence on moving intentions including location and ow nership of the house , as well as the acceptation of the policy .关键词
