Abstract
Objective:To study the expression of BMPR2 in placenta of pre-eclampsia. Methods:Collected 40 samples of patients of pre-eclampsia which deliver by cesarean section in hospital from Jan. to June of 2017 and divided them into 2 groups as PE groups (14 samples mid PE and 26 samples serious PE ) . 29 samples of patients delivered by cesarean section in hospital at the same time as normal group. The expression level of BMPR2 in placenta was de-tected by HE,immunohistochemistry( IHC) and Western blot. Resulsts:The expression of pro-tein BMPR2 in PE groups was reduced significantly compared with the normal group ( P<0 . 05 ) . There was significantly difference in BMPR2 expression between mid and serious PE group ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusions:BMPR2 is expressed in different degree in placenta of pregnant women. The expression of BMPR2 is decreased in the placenta of pregnant women with pre-ec-lampsia. And with the aggravation of the disease,the expression of BMPR2 gradually decreases. It may be related to the occurrence and development of pre-eclampsia.关键词
