Abstract
The application of Big Data has expanded to many fields, and will play an important role in the intellec-tual property which is dominated by patent resources.This paper analyzed the status of patent analysis of big data, analyzed and compared the main patent software(platform)in China and abroad.Combing with their advantages and disadvantages, the paper constructed a big data patent analysis model(PDAP).关键词
