十二烷基磷酸单酯的合成工艺研究

摘要
Abstract
Alkyl phosphoric acid monoester was synthesized without catalysts using lauryl alcohol and phosphoric acid as starting materials. The effects of reaction temperature, pressure, reaction time and the mo?lar ratio of lauryl alcohol and phosphoric acid [n(ROH)/n(PA)] on the content of monoester in the product were investigated and the best reaction conditions were obtained. The results showed that the content of alkyl phos?phate monoester in the product was 66%, and the selectivity of monoester was 100% under the conditions of phosphoric acid used as the phosphorylation reagent, vacuum (vacuum degree 0.05 MPa), reacted at 100 ℃for 7 h, and n(ROH)/n(PA)=1. After purification, the content of phosphoric acid in the sample was less than 3%, and the content of monoester was more than 95%. The obtained samples were characterized by IR and 31P NMR, and it was confirmed that the product was alkyl phosphate monoester.关键词
