Abstract
The optimal conditions for extraction of the pigment from holly leaves and the dyeing of cotton fabric with extract were researched. The influences of extracting time, extracting temperature and solid-liquid ratio on the pigment extraction from holly leaves and the effect of ratio, dyeing temperature, dyeing time on the dye uptake were investigated by orthogonal experiments. The effects of the dyeing methods and the mor?dant dosage on the dye uptake of cotton fabric and color fastness were analyzed. The results showed that 95% ethanol solution was the better reagent of holly pigment extraction. The optimum technology of pigment extracted from holly leaves was extracting at 50 ℃ for 35 min, solid-liquid ratio was 1:20. The optimal pro?cess of direct dyeing was dyeing at 70 ℃ for 35 min, 1:40 of liquor ratio. The way of post mordant could im?prove the dyeing effect of cotton fabric by holly extraction, and the amount of mordant was 5 g/L. The dyeing fastness of cotton fabric dyed with the optimized process obtained in this study was in line with the require?ments of green textiles after test.关键词
